Building Cultural Relationships and Networking Bridges Globally

WLOTUS was established to initiate a collaborative effort involving two organizations: Women Entrepreneurs Worldwide, founded by Cheryl Collins (USA) and SHEWISE. Founded by Sayeeda Ashraf with an objective to build cultural relationships and networking bridges to connect entrepreneurial women globally to exchange business ideas, education, training, and growth to promote the economic sustainability of women worldwide.

In 2022, “WLOUTS” was officially registered in USA. In March 2023 it hosted its inaugural global online event, serving as a prelude to its upcoming mission of measuring progress towards the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

To foster global connections and dialogue, WLOTUS has devised an agenda centered around "In-Person Country by County Round Table" discussions and feedback sessions involving women from diverse nations. The aim is to establish "Build Your Own Roundtable" initiatives in as many countries as possible, empowering and educating local women on effectively utilizing the global SDG indicator framework to contribute towards achieving the SDGs.

Recognizing the significance of information exchange among women, WLOTUS emphasizes its crucial role in fostering self-sufficiency and future sustainability for individuals and their families. By facilitating this knowledge-sharing process, the organization aims to contribute to a better humanity while empowering women to build thriving businesses aligned with the SDGs.

We have numerous initiatives to help and below are just a few:

Raise Awareness and Mobilize Resources: Increase awareness about the SDGs and their importance among stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and the local community. Develop communication and outreach strategies to share the organization's commitment to the SDGs and mobilize resources to support initiatives aligned with the goals.

Collaborate and Share Best Practices: Engage in collaboration and knowledge sharing with other women entrepreneurs and women-led organizations within the local community and globally. Participate in networks, forums, and platforms that focus on SDG-related initiatives. Share experiences, success stories, and challenges to collectively learn from each other's best practices.

Our concentrated efforts, starting with events in 2023 and continuing annually until 2030, aim to achieve remarkable results based on the collective "We" factor rather than individual pursuits. Together, we can strive for a better world that benefits all of humanity.
